Q- What's an Ebook?

A- An ebook is a downloadable version of a published work by an author. It can be read either on your computer or if you prefer, you can print it and read it as a printed version.

Q - What are the advantages of buying an ebook?

A - There a a number of advanages to buying an ebook...

1) The ebook comes in a digital format such as a PDF. This makes the ebook searchable by keyword which means that ebooks can be referred to in a fraction of the time.
2) Ebooks allow you to tap into a sub set of authors or experts that prefer not to use a publisher. They may do this for a number of reasons.
3) An ebook is downloadable now. You dont have to wait for the mail an or for the item to be in stock.
4) An ebook doesn't collect dust. Have you had a good look at your bookshelf recently? When was the last time you read most of them. An ebook can be archived onto CD, you hard drive or other digital media occupying a fraction of the space that a hard copy would. Even better, if you prefer to keep the files on your computer, they can form part of your resource library when you come to search your desktop. Your library is now searchable!

Q - I can't open the file. What do I open a pdf with?

Q-What is an Audio Book?
A- An Audio Book is an MP3 file or similar audio file, where a text or book has been converted to audio (usually by having it read out) for you enjoyment. They can be listened to anywhere that you play MP3. This could be on a portable music player, in the car (if you have an MP3 in car stereo), or on your computer for just a few examples.

Q - What are the advantages of Audio Books?
A - There are numerous advantages to using ebooks.

1) People learn best by involving several senses. Some people respond better to what they see or read and some people respond better to what they hear.
2) Sometimes its not as easy to open a book. For example, walking down the street, sunbathing on the beach (do you get a stiff neck too?), cramped in top the corner of the railway carrage at rushhour, driving, cycling, at the gym etc
3) You can fit tonnes of audio books on your digital music player.  

Q- I am having problems downloading my product. Can you help me?
